It’s almost as if it gets down to who is more stubborn (and I refer to my blog as a “who” in this case). Me, or as you may have guessed, the blog. What a pain! What a great learning experience. It’s like one of those challenges that you keep losing at but, because you’re determined enough to see it through no matter the cost, you keep pushing through. What started it all was that I updated part of the blog and it basically reset the ENTIRE thing. Not that this is at all interesting, I’m determined to make sure it’s working. 
I spent the next half a day (seemingly) reworking, fixing and resetting everything.
That’s what I love about WordPress blogs. They’re completely fixable. They’re completely customizable. They’re completely user-friendly. Even for people like me.
Now that I’ve band-aided it together, it’s off to start my taxes.
